Every real estate transaction has an inspection. But do you ever hire a plumber to inspect the sewer lines? One of our most common jobs is fixing sewer lines, and all too often do we here about the customer recently purchased the house and didn't realize the sewer system was messed up.

We recommend to every real estate agent to protect their clients by doing a sewer/water test, which will inspect those lines for damage. It's only a few hundred dollars but can save THOUSANDS in repairs.
